I get that Justin isn’t the strongest-willed fellow out there, but I think there’s a noticeable difference between being submissive versus being ineffectual. Case in point, Josh is submissive to Jon in the bedroom (as implied by the previous issues) but he’s still always playing an active role in helping that others living at Ashton Hall. I seriously wish Justin had been a little more proactive in the story, since he is a native to the island and surely had knowledge or opinions that could have proved useful. 🧠👍
As for the secret lens, it’s reveal was a little disappointing since I had hoped actual magic would finally be introduced to the ISB SERIES. Even though that didn’t happen, it’s very interesting to see what the boys will do next. 🧐
